Alex Turnbull is a well-known SaaS founder and operator.
He bootstrapped Groove from $0 to ~$5M ARR as a solo founder, sold the company, and now runs a holding company focused on building profitable, customer-centric SaaS products - including Helply and Instant Docs.
In late 2024, Alex was working with a large outbound agency, but results were inconsistent.
He then moved to another agency, the agency we used to work for.
Over time, Alex realised that the results, ideas, and execution weren’t coming from the agency - they were coming from us.
